Kraft Heinz Co. relies on Azure cloud platform

Kraft Heinz Co. announced a multi-year cloud and AI agreement with Microsoft. In doing so

Kraft Heinz will now move the majority of its global data centers to the Azure cloud platform and deploy new AI and cloud technologies.

The companies announced plans for a joint virtual office for digital innovation, where they will work together to develop solutions using Microsoft AI, ML algorithms and IoT technologies to improve Kraft Heinz’s digital production.

KH will use Azure Digital Twins to model its 34 production facilities in North America, which will also help calculate optimal production capacity.

Kraft Heinz plans to migrate its enterprise resource planning to SAP on Azure.
