Kraftful supports companies from the I0T/Smart Home – Industry with better Apps

New smart devices are coming onto the market almost daily, many of them manufactured by older companies that have little (or no) experience in manufacturing smartphone apps. Good apps are the exception. Some are very bad. Bad apps get weak apps – store surveys, and bad surveys mean: the products don’t sell.

This is where Kraftful comes in and builds the app for both iOS and Android, customizes it to fit the brand’s needs, provides cloud functionality, push notifications and project history, provides analytics for insights into how consumers are actually using an app, and keeps everything functional as OS updates are introduced and device display sizes grow.

Because no company wants an app that seems identical to that of a competitor, much of what Kraftful makes is designed to fit each company’s branding – all superficial things like iconography, fonts, shading, etc. are customizable.

CEO Yana Welinder and CTO Nicky Leach used to be head of product and a senior engineer respectively at IFTTT – the network service that consists of a zillion reusable, interlinked „method“ applets that can be used to simply capture anything (Gmail, Instagram, the litter box, whatever) into anything else to trigger reactions from one to the other.
