Financial Issues: Trust in Robots Higher than in Humans

AI-based robots will replace finance professionals, according to 90% of business leaders surveyed in a new Oracle study. One-third of executives believe this will be the case as early as 2025.
Oracle’s Money and Machines: 2020 Global Study surveyed 9,000 consumers and business leaders in 14 countries. The results show that „while trust in humans is broken, we clearly see robots filling the void,“ which will only accelerate post-pandemic, according to Oracle’s Guru Prasad Gaonkar.
In India, 83% of consumers and 88% of executives said they trust AI technologies more than humans to manage financial decisions – the highest of any country. In Asia Pacific, the figure was 76%. Globally, the figure was 67%.
