India tops in ki – research

India, a key AI partner of the U.S., benefits from a large talent pool and a fast-growing AI innovation scene, according to a new report from the Center for Security and Emerging Technology. The Washington-based think tank makes a „strong case“ for an India-U.S. partnership in its Mapping India’s AI Potential study.

The study looked at India’s talent, research, cloud computing, patents, and AI companies and investments. It found that India has strong technical talent and is a leader in AI research.

On the other hand, India lags behind many other countries in cloud computing, collaboration, research, and investment flow.

In all of these areas, there are already many signs of connections between the U.S. and India, according to the study.
