Anonymous has claimed that they successfully hacked Russian state television. They claim to have shown videos of the invasion of Ukraine to citizens.
The hacker group shared footage on Twitter showing a TV broadcasting the war in Ukraine. The footage was shared on pro-Kremlin channels.
This alleged hack was meant to inform the Russian population about what is really going on, as many TV channels have been banned. Russian radio was also reportedly hacked by the group to play the Ukrainian national anthem.
