Apple’s eagerly anticipated XR headset could hit the market in 2023 and is a product that is „as ambitious as the iPhone,“ according to experts.

The Apple headset will reportedly be the first mixed reality headset, as it combines virtual reality and augmented reality .

The 100-plus-member team, dubbed the Technology Development Group, has developed silicon chips, special cameras and other technologies for the device. As for processing power, it is said that it can be placed at M1 level.

However, there are also reports that the headset overheats, causing problems in the cameras and software. This could delay the market launch until the first quarter of 2023.
