The White House invited guests to an Oct. 30 event hosted by Biden on “Secure and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence.”
According to the Washington Post, the order requires advanced AI models to undergo an evaluation before federal employees can use them.
It would direct federal agencies like the Pentagon to examine how they can integrate AI into their operations, with a focus on cybersecurity.
The order is expected to ease the immigration process for highly skilled professionals, a process that was tightened under the Trump administration.
