Ukraine: New attacks by Russian threat group

The Computer Emergency Response Team of Ukraine ( has uncovered new phishing attempts. The attacks have been attributed to the Russian threat group Armageddon.

Armageddon is a Russian state-sponsored group that has targeted Ukraine since at least 2014 and is considered part of the Russian Federal Security Service.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the group has conducted at least 5,000 cyberattacks against 1,500 critical facilities in the country. The group has attacked both Ukraine and the EU.
