After a period of rapid expansion, ChatGPT’s growth trajectory has slowed. According to Similarweb data, ChatGPT saw a nearly 10% drop in users worldwide in June.

Global desktop and mobile traffic on the ChatGPT website fell by 9.7% last month compared to May. A decrease of 10.3% was registered for the USA. Other measured decreases: single user -5.7%; time spent on the website: – 8.5%.

Despite the decline, ChatGPT still attracts more visitors than Microsoft’s Bing.com AI search engine and Character.AI. The website has over 1.5 billion monthly visits, making it one of the top 20 websites worldwide.
