According to a new ZipRecruiter survey, over 60% of job seekers fear their job will be replaced by ChatGPT and AI.
Concerns about losing their job to ChatGPT are highest among young and less educated job seekers, but decrease with age and educational level. 76% of Gen Z are concerned about losing their job to ChatGPT, compared to 41% of Baby Boomers.
Based on the level of education, 52% were registered for people with university or professional qualifications and up to 72% for people without university degrees.
Microsoft’s latest Work Trend Index report concluded that analytical judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence were the top skills that leaders considered essential in the new „AI-powered future.“
