Adobe: The image generator has been opened for large business customers

Adobe opens access to its Firefly AI image generator for large business customers. The company has also offered to pay legal fees if users are sued by creators for copyright infringement.

According to Adobe, Firefly is trained on its copyrighted images, openly licensed content (such as Creative Commons images), and public domain content, allowing the company to offer businesses full compensation for any content created with Firefly.

For example, if a customer faces an infringement claim, Adobe will pay damages and provide legal counsel. Enterprise customers can subscribe to company-wide access to the generative AI tools.

Under the terms of the agreement, companies can customize Firefly by training it to integrate their own logos and products, ensuring that the content conforms to their branding guidelines.

Adobe’s 12,000 enterprise customers include Coca-Cola, Walgreens, Home Depot, General Motors, and the U.S. Bank.
